Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees. 

Custom Items: If your item is a custom order, then unfortunately we don't accept returns. Due to the nature of the garment, all sales are final. Customs include but are not limited to the following examples. Garments with kids names, pet names, any change in thread colors besides what the listing may offer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (If they had any), and in its original packaging. 

Littles and Threads will not offer complete refunds on shipping cost. We do not return the shipping amount.

If you are looking to make an exchange, it has to equal the same or less than the original order amount to be processed. If the order is more than the original purchase, please do a complete return/refund and place a new order. If the exchange is less than the original order amount, we will issue a refund for the difference. Now if you plan on exchanging your items for the same but maybe a different color/size, please email us at littlesandthreads@gmail.com , with your order number, tracking number for your return and the items you would like shipped back for the replacement. Please note you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee on the new order before it gets shipped back to you.

Please make sure to stay in contact through email, as we will not reach out after more than one follow up from original email to exchange your order. If no reply is received after the second attempt, then we will cancel the exchange and no money of return will be issues back to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 2 days of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and correct it.
