CUSTOM ORDERS

Have an idea in mind? We’d love to bring it to life! Our custom embroidery orders are made specifically for you, so please read through the ordering process carefully before submitting your request.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose Your Garment
Select the shirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, or quarter zip sweatshirt you’d like customized. If you don't see the exact garment you're looking for, reach out to us and we may be able to source it for you.

2. Choose Your Design
Tell us what you’d like embroidered! You can provide:

• A appliqué design in mind, with certain fabrics you're looking for
• A name, monogram, or personalization
• A specific font or style
• Inspiration photos or examples

3. Submit Your Custom Order
Please send us an email at littlesandthreads@gmail.com with the subject being, "Custom Order Request".

Please include what you're wanting in detail and we can discuss further steps needed before purchasing.

4. Payment
Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins. Your order is not considered officially scheduled until payment has been received.

6. Production
Once we have discussed your idea and payment is complete, your order will be added to our production schedule. Custom orders are made specifically for you, so production times normally are between 2-3 weeks, this can vary depending on workload at the time of your order. As I am a one person show currently, I try to allow myself enough time to focus on your order without rush.

7. Completion & Shipping/Pickup
Once your order is finished, it will be carefully packaged and shipped or prepared for local pickup, depending on the option selected at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE

Because custom orders are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Please double-check all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and other personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer provided information that is entered incorrectly.
